• Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to selecting candidates. • Actively source and identify qualified candidates across various platforms. • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Partner with team leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Maintain an updated pipeline of candidates and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Analyze recruitment data and provide reports on performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or social services environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and internal teams. • Strong multitasking and time management skills. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruitment tools.
