• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. A PhD is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in data science, ideally within healthcare or a related field. • Proven experience building machine learning models, particularly for process mining, anomaly detection, or optimization. • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using data science libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. • Experience with process mining tools and techniques is a strong plus. • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and query optimization. • Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark). • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib) to present findings effectively. • Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (claims processing, billing workflows) is preferred but not required. • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
