Description

β€’ Following up on ongoing utility projects. β€’ Leading and managing contract negotiations. β€’ Identify sales opportunities and develop strong channels. β€’ Establish trust with key customers in the PV sector. β€’ Meet sales targets and participate in strategy development. β€’ Lead projects from inception to contract closure. β€’ Work closely with internal teams for successful negotiations.

Requirements

β€’ Experience of at least 7 years in small to utility scale PV projects. β€’ Outstanding negotiation skills in module sales contract discussions. β€’ Familiar with PV policies and practices of Central Europe. β€’ Native German speaker and fluent in English. β€’ Extensive network among PV project segments in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. β€’ Self-motivated and performance driven. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Problem solving ability. β€’ Proactive and customer oriented. β€’ Good sense of teamwork. β€’ Highly motivated in work. β€’ Responsibility and purpose-oriented. β€’ Entrepreneurial mindset.
