• At Jensen Hughes, we lead with our Purpose + Principles and value our people. • Across our global partnership of experts, clients, and communities, we are recognized worldwide for our leadership in fire protection engineering. • Today, our expertise extends broadly across closely related risk management fields. • This is a technical Client focused leadership position that spends the majority of his/her time on business development with a primary focus on fire and life safety design services. • The Market Leader will partner with Operations and Business Development leaders throughout the company to drive new proposals and wins for professional design services.

Requirements

• Typically requires 8-15 years’ experience and demonstrated successful history in performing technical consulting work and developing and cultivating client relationships. • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience. • 5+ years’ experience selling consulting services within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industry. • Demonstrated experience with internal partnering and driving orders and proposals for professional consulting services. • Network of General Contractors, Construction Contractors, Real Estate Developers, Private Clients, and/or Architect Owner Clients. • Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver sales presentations to clients. • Professional Engineering License or another professional designation desirable.
