• Get up to speed with Jitterbit processes and tools during the first 30 days. • Learn and explain what Jitterbit does within a month of new features being released. • Create and execute outreach sequences and calling scripts for customer accounts. • Meet monthly goals: 12 SQLs, build pipeline, and communicate status with the BDR team. • Place 360 calls and 70 tailored emails weekly to generate SQLs per month.

Requirements

• Bachelor ‘s degree • 1-2 years of sales experience as a BDR selling SaaS, including cold calling • Knowledge and passion for cloud-based products, technology and SaaS • Fluent in English and German • A competitive, rapid growth mindset • A continuous improvement mindset
