ā€¢ SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Business Development Manager. ā€¢ We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values. ā€¢ Holding actual PSP and PM research as per our main market needs. ā€¢ Perform calls and further communication with potential PSPs. ā€¢ Help underwriting process by sending requests for Check List, NDAs and KYC/B from the PSP. ā€¢ Make volume forecasts, rate and fee calculations for new PSPs, BAM and On-boarding Teams. ā€¢ Work closely with Treasury and Legal team regarding new PSPs, current contract and commercials, discounts etc. ā€¢ Arrange Referral agreements with PSP, Gateways, Facilitators/Integrators and others and promote to partners. ā€¢ Control the margin level per market and take actions to increase it.

Requirements

ā€¢ Experience 1+ years in the same role or the role related to the current position ā€¢ Advanced level of English as both internal communication and communication with clients is in English ā€¢ Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills ā€¢ Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients ā€¢ Nice to have: Experience in Fintech/Payments ā€¢ Experience of working in PSP ā€¢ Experience in account management/Sales/BizDev ā€¢ Experience in Gambling/Igaming ā€¢ Experience in Banking sphere
