• Deep understanding of and personal contact network within specified vertical market. • Develop account plan for all named accounts within specified vertical market. • Active participating member of vertical specific trade organization(s). • Management of the sales process on targets within assigned vertical market from beginning to end. • Must be able to deliver a 30-minute demonstration of Corrigo Enterprise. • Locate and target prospects in assigned vertical market. • Maintain Salesforce for funnel management daily. • Ability to travel up to 30% as required to win new business.
• Bachelor’s Degree • 5 years direct software sales experience preferred. • Experience in Commercial Real Estate, property management or facilities management a plus. • Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) • Sales skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Proficient in Salesforce
