Description

• Oversee entire flow of project from implementation to close out & handover • Prepare RFP’s needed for vendor and contractor services and manage the contractor selection process • Collaborate across all platforms, including transaction managers and facilities managers • Organize and chair project related meetings • Coordinate development activities associated with project assignments • Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules • Monitor construction budgets and create cost saving opportunities • Champion safety by ensuring JLL guidelines are followed

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction • Corporate Interior construction project management experience required • Education in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital • Must establish and grow relationships with all levels of the organization & external clients • Proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools • Proven track record of results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Highly organized with strong analytical skills • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team environment and independently • Detail oriented approach to job responsibilities • Demonstrate a solutions-oriented environment focused on delivering value to the client
