Description

• Supporting and managing industry changing projects • Directly responsible for working with a team to deliver challenging sustainability projects • Interact with clients and vendors to develop collaborative solutions • Manage project related documentation, perform research, conduct weekly meetings and develop reports and memos • Knowledge of commercial real estate operations, sustainability and energy management, construction and/or architectural industry • Focused on creating an energized and collaborative environment • Primary focus will be project delivery and driving client satisfaction through teamwork and relationship development • Deliver consistent, timely , high quality work meeting project requirements in a cost-effective way • Able to independently manage projects of varying sizes

Requirements

• 3- 6 years’ experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management or energy efficiency • LEED AP, WELL AP and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience preferred • BA/BS degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture , or related field with strong record of academic achievement • Experience with embodied carbon / sustainable material specification preferred • Experience with the following is a plus: GRESB, CDP, GRI, TCFD, SASB, ENERGY STAR, Building HVAC Systems, International Living Futures Institute, Net Zero, Passive House, Zero Waste • Possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Have excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects
