Description

• Manage administrative and retail projects in an assigned region • Lead a cross-function team of design professionals, general contractors, and specialty contractors • Track and report project financials, milestone schedules, status updates, and other required reporting • Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of construction • Manage vendors to ensure compliance with project policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field is preferred • Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification preferred • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction • Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and contract negotiations is required • Experience with Financial Services is preferred
