📋 Description

• Ensure data integrity across all reporting platforms and databases used in strategic decision-making • Manage the ongoing reporting and distribution to client • Work with the team to manage revenue tracking, invoicing, reporting and collection • Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting, metrics and overall processes • Design and implement data quality control processes and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of data accuracy • Create comprehensive, insightful reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional/global teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes • Identify reports/research that may help analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to present to client • Support the development and implementation of corporate strategy initiatives • Assist in post-transaction integration activities and performance tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field. • 2-3 years of relevant experience • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and planning skills. • Advanced proficiency in data management, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) • Proficiency in market research, analysis, and financial modeling. • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in utilizing technology and virtual tools for remote collaboration. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
