📋 Description
• Fully Remote Analyst position at OCHIN • Supports Epic electronic health record software for member clinics • Key contributor to clinical application configuration and support • Act as Level 2 technical support and lead training for analysts • Involves travel for software installations up to 10%
🎯 Requirements
• Analyst: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar or relevant role • One EPIC certification may be substituted for one year of experience • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience • Epic Cadence or Prelude Certification is required • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Senior Analyst: Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role • Minimum of 2 applicable certifications/proficiencies with preference given to Ambulatory, Wisdom, HOD, and Prelude or Cadence certification is required • Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience • Strong communication skills
