β’ This position manages and leads the Sourcing & Procurement Pursuits & Transitions teams for assigned division(s); β’ Developing all aspects of the Sourcing & Procurement solution and implementing the Transition to deliver successful third party engagements and other client commitments. β’ Recruit, hire, train, measure and manage their team to deliver all S&P requirements. β’ Manage team members to deliver an end-to-end solution through the sales and transitions process β’ Measure and monitor team performance β’ Prioritize tasks to deliver based on new business pipeline β’ Coach, mentor, and train team members β’ Continuous improvement mindset to stay cutting-edge and forward thinking β’ Ownership of relationships with sales leaders β’ Risk management and mitigation during the Pursuits and Transition phases β’ Engage and leverage Sourcing & Procurement Platform and Key Stakeholders for support in developing a Sourcing Program β’ Establish relationship with Corporate Legal & Risk to ensure all contractual terms are compliant β’ Ability to innovate new programs or processes that will benefit our Client and JLL in winning and solutioning new business for JLL
β’ Excellent inter-personal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, proven ability to lead and develop teams β’ High-level of business and commercial acumen β’ Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking β’ Expertise in sourcing with demonstrated ability to manage change and client anxiety β’ Risk management and mitigation skills β’ Complex negotiation skills β’ Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β’ High level of organization and project management skills; including time management for balancing multiple deadlines β’ Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications β’ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and 10+ years strategic sourcing and/or sales solution development related experience; MBA preferred
