β€’ Responsible for delivering sales revenue and market share targets for Convenience Channel. β€’ Directs broker team with accountability for convenience chains and distributors. β€’ Achievable assigned volume and margin business plan objectives for Food and Beverage categories. β€’ Analyze business to discover new ways to penetrate existing and acquire new business. β€’ Build strong layered relationships between the account and the organization to assure continuity.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree β€’ 3+ years of sales experience managing Convenience Chains and Warehouse Distributors β€’ 3+ years of experience with Broker Management and/or People Management β€’ Strong Negotiation skills β€’ Ability to apply strategic thinking and problem solving
