• Lead and Inspire: Guide our awesome team of recruiters, creating an environment where everyone feels supported, motivated, and ready to bring their A-game every day. • Quality and continuous improvement: Review team deliverables like client calls, candidate interviews, and communications. Offer regular feedback and coaching to help everyone grow and improve. • Data-Driven Decisions: Dive into the numbers to spot opportunities for improvement and growth. Use data to make our systems and processes even better. • Reporting: Create clear, straightforward reports that help us keep track of the business and make smart decisions. • Own Our Tools: Take charge of managing our systems and suppliers, from our ATS and LinkedIn to testing platforms and job boards • Find the Best Talent - Quickly and efficiently recruit top-notch technical and non-technical candidates for a variety of roles, always meeting those deadlines. • Be the Client's Go-To - Lead client interactions from start to finish, ensuring they have a fantastic experience every step of the way. • Conduct Engaging Interviews - Dive deep in high-touch interviews to uncover why candidates would be a great fit for our clients. • Stay Connected - Keep in regular contact with your candidates while sending test tasks, following up, and providing updates on their applications. Treat them as you’d want to be treated yourself. • Create Strong Shortlists - Build solid shortlists of highly qualified candidates that wow our clients • Own Your Roles - Take full ownership of your roles, driving strategy, performance, and results with pride. • Build Great Relationships - Build trust with business owners to understand their needs and help them hire great team members. • Collaborate and support - We’re a team, we help each other every day regardless of position and experience, there’s no egos and asking questions is a sign of strength.

Requirements

• Proven Recruitment Experience: You’ve got at least 7 years of solid agency recruitment experience, and you know how to fill roles quickly and effectively. • Leadership Experience: With a minimum of 3 years leading a recruitment team in an agency setting, you’ve shown you know how to guide and motivate your team to success. • Scalable: You’ve got hands-on experience in helping a recruitment function grow, with a track record of scaling up to 40 hires per month and beyond. • Client Relationship Management: Strong experience in building and maintaining client relationships, with the ability to manage expectations effectively. • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Commercial Acumen: Strong business understanding and the ability to identify commercial opportunities. • Tech-Savvy: Experience using recruitment ATS (bonus points if it’s Workable) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. • Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed your own recruitment targets while leading your team to exceed theirs.
