Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field • Five years related experience preferred • Past staff management experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a diverse team environment • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate community-based volunteers • Strong planning and organizational skills • Proven relationship building and persuasion skills • Strong customer service orientation • Proficient in computer-based information systems
