Description
• Act as primary liaison for team members and people leaders for LOA-related inquiries • Ensure timely and accurate administration of all absence programs • Manage leave of absence inbox and ensure timely action taken • Develop relationships with external service providers for leave administration • Guide ADA interactive process and advise on accommodation requests • Identify opportunities and provide analysis for improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields or equivalent education and experience • 1-3 years of HR generalist/People Operations/Leave Administration experience • Knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources • Familiarity with leave programs including Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, FMLA, State Leaves, Parental and Caregiver Leaves
