Description

• Leads execution against the enterprise-wide vision, direction, and strategy for increasing DEI • Translates the larger vision to a region plan to drive significant impact towards DEI goals • Partners with the DEI enterprise team • Manages a portfolio of individuals, corporations, and foundations with accountability for revenue goal • Develops and leads implementation of the regional DEI revenue strategy • Works closely with area leaders on recruitment of diverse members • Expands engagement with minority-owned/led corporations • Increases revenue from philanthropic donors and foundations • Works across the region to fully activate national DEI partnerships • Models and fosters behavior that establishes a culture that values staff/volunteer partnership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 8 years relevant experience in a large nonprofit or corporate setting • Ability to manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio of events • Ability to cultivate relationships with targeted systems/organizations • Strong market, community, and constituent perspective • Strong experience with community-based event planning and implementation • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to proactively monitor and adjust activities to respond to changing circumstances • Strong strategic planning skills • Collaborative leadership, management, coaching, and support of diverse staff
