• Oversee Data Management and Data Shared Services • Address issues to ensure data integrity • Foster a data-driven culture across the university • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enterprise information management • Set attainable goals and monitor results for Data Services teams • Encourage employees' professional development and coaching

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership position • Experience implementing data strategy, master data management, data governance • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience accepted • Experience developing and transforming data strategy • 3+ years experience in data warehouse and data analytics concepts • Knowledge of trends in data management and analytics • Experience managing complex IT systems • Additional experience with MBA or MS in a technology field preferred • Professional Certifications in Data Management, Technology Management, Project Management preferred
