• Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and developing relationships with new suppliers and brands. • Use data and insights to pursue new ventures. • Serve as the primary corporate contact for new supplier inquiries. • Evaluate opportunities in the right markets. • Lead new business opportunities through a defined Gate Stage process, analyzing value and potential. • Communicate effectively with markets and Commercial Leadership Team regarding new opportunities. • Drive profitable and margin-enhancing outcomes. • Support onboarding of new brands and suppliers. • Handle necessary paperwork, pricing, promotions, and new item setup. • Continue to drive growth and performance of 'incubator' brands and suppliers. • Develop contractual safeguards during the supplier onboarding process.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in the alcohol beverage industry, with a focus on brand or supplier management. • 5+ years of National Supplier or Brand Management experience in the alcohol beverage industry • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with all levels, including senior leadership. • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency. • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. • Experience leading change initiatives and driving business transformation. • Strong presentation skills with the ability to facilitate and guide strategic business conversations. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and utilize insights to drive decisions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
