• Oversee a 100+ person sales team in the Fire Suppression Products division. • Develop and execute sales strategy to meet revenue and profit targets. • Manage sales through existing and new channels (contractors & resellers). • Build a high-performing team and implement coaching and training programs. • Lead account planning and management initiatives to grow market share. • Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor activity and pipeline health. • Work with pricing, product, and channel teams on launches.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. • 12+ years in global sales and marketing, including 5+ years leading teams. • Proven experience in strategy implementation and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed environment. • Strong leadership, team-building, and relationship management skills. • Executive presence with ability to influence complex stakeholder groups. • Willingness to travel up to 50% (initially 50-75%).
