Description
• Industry Experience: Candidates must have substantial experience in the optical lenses and optical camera industry, ideally with knowledge of suppliers in the photonics industry. • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a senior sales leadership role is highly desirable. • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
Requirements
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • At least 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on optical products, preferably in a managerial role. • Proven track record of successful sales strategy development and execution. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
