β’ Industry Experience: Candidates must have substantial experience in the optical lenses and optical camera industry, ideally with knowledge of suppliers in the photonics industry. β’ Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a senior sales leadership role is highly desirable. β’ Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
