• The Frick Aftermarket Parts Sales Account Manager is responsible for growing JCI Frick Aftermarket Parts sales volume and achieving annual operating sales plans and objectives through channel accounts. • Responsible for all functions related to developing and maintaining Parts customer relationships to ensure maximum revenues through account penetration. • Represents the Frick Aftermarket Parts business as subject matter expert to manage channel conflicts, offer new products and solutions and improve the channel partner’s customer experience. • Operates with the highest business ethics and integrity. • Assists channel partners in selling and promoting JCI Frick aftermarket parts offerings to reach optimal sales and profit levels. • Responsible for meeting assigned sales goals and objectives. • Differentiates and leverages Johnson Controls product offerings from competitors based on the total benefit of doing business with Johnson Controls. • Manages ongoing sales process and responds to and anticipates customer needs. • Builds and fosters team relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent sales and technical experience. • Minimum of six year’s progressive, direct sales experience, preferably in Refrigeration or the Oil and Gas industry with demonstrated track record of success. • Technical knowledge of Refrigeration or Chemical and Petroleum Processing systems is highly preferred. • Able to relate to people at all levels, communicating both on a technical and non-technical basis. • Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Possesses excellent presentation skills and proficiency at making one on one and group presentations. • Able to travel a minimum of 50%. • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint). • Microsoft Project a plus.
