• Responsible for assigned provider’s overall experience with the business unit • Manage and maintain assigned account and client relationships • Assist in the project management of all contract implementations • Provide training to clients on the use and function of the products and services • Act as liaison between all contracts and company operating departments on account issues • Deliver presentations to internal and external business partners • Ability to travel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • 3+ years of sales, provider relations, account management, client services, or contracting experience • Knowledge of health care, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid or Commercial insurance products • Valid driver’s license
