• Collaborate with Sales & Customer Success and manage the renewal process for accounts • Negotiate renewal contracts using sound business judgment • Develop strategies that maximize contract value and enhance customer relationships • Identify customer needs and manage on-time renewal closures • Monitor customer health metrics to identify risks • Engage customers around renewal readiness and options • Work cross-functionally to develop risk mitigation strategies • Document all renewal steps in systems like SFDC / Clari

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Portuguese • Ability to perform under pressure & within a fast-paced, hyper growth culture • Team player mindset with a track record of building positive relationships with peers and cross-functional partners • Excellent customer management skills; including sales, account management, and customer service • Creative problem-solving skills taking personal initiative to identify areas of process improvement and efficiency • Demonstrated strong work ethic and consistent quota achievement • Proactive approach with strong attention to detail, time management and organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Growth mindset who always keeps our customers’ success at the core
