• Position Overview: • We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Alcohol Sales Manager to lead the introduction of Brass Knuckles Canadian Whiskey into Florida. • This is a remote role where you’ll be responsible for establishing distribution, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales across bars, clubs, restaurants, and other licensees. • You’ll be a pioneer in bringing a premium, disruptive whiskey brand to Florida’s market. • This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to grow with the brand. • Check us out at www.bkwhiskey.ca and @bkwhiskey on Instagram • Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy & Relationship Building: • Build and maintain relationships with bars, clubs, restaurants, and retailers to sell and distribute Brass Knuckles Canadian Whiskey. • Develop tailored sales pitches for different licensees and ensure high brand visibility within these establishments. • Distributor Sourcing & Management: • Identify and secure a local distributor who can receive and manage shipments of Brass Knuckles Canadian Whiskey. • Coordinate with the distribution network to ensure efficient delivery and compliance with Florida’s alcohol regulations. • Licensing & Legal Compliance: • Ensure all legal obligations are fulfilled, including obtaining necessary permits for importing and selling alcohol in the state. • Stay up to date with Florida’s liquor laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. • Brand Development & Promotion: • Work closely with our marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and in-store activations that boost brand awareness and sales. • Identify opportunities for product placement and brand partnerships in Florida’s nightlife and hospitality scene. • Market Analysis & Reporting: • Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing regular reports to the head office. • Develop a deep understanding of the Florida market to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly. • Event Coordination & Representation: • Represent Brass Knuckles Canadian Whiskey at key events and promotions across Florida. • Coordinate whiskey-tasting events, sponsorships, and brand activations to drive sales and brand loyalty. • Team Collaboration & Support: • Liaise with the central team to ensure alignment with national sales strategies. • You’ll have full support from our team, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure success in the Florida market.

Requirements

• Proven experience in alcohol sales or brand management, with a track record of building new markets. • Strong network in Florida’s hospitality industry is a plus. • Familiarity with the state’s liquor laws and distribution channels. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
