📋 Description
• Increase loan production of the region • Develop, support, train and mentor a team of loan officers • Facilitate ongoing training sessions for Loan Officers and branch personnel • Review score cards and production reports • Monitor and develop KPIs for team • Educate team on new loan programs, terms, and rates • Advise and assist Loan Officers on company policies and procedures • Collaborate with internal teams for expedited loan processing • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes • Participate in business development initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with NMLS in Michigan • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Proven experience developing and leading high-performance sales teams • Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools preferred • NMLS licensing as required
