• Increase loan production in alignment with corporate objectives • Develop, support, train and mentor a team of loan officers • Monitor and develop KPI’s for team • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with NMLS in Florida • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Proven experience developing and leading high-performance sales teams • Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Familiarity with mortgage origination software preferred
