Description
• The Overseas Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our market share and customer base globally. • Requires a strategic thinker with proven success in managing multi-cultural teams, building long-term client relationships, and navigating complex international markets.
Requirements
• 5+ years of successful optical or electric products sales experience • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization • Excellent mentoring, coaching, negotiating and influential leadership skills • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) • Familiarity with CRM software • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
