β€’ Increase loan production of the region, in alignment with corporate objectives and targets β€’ Develop, support, train and mentor a team of loan officers β€’ Facilitate on-going training sessions for Loan Officers and other branch personnel β€’ Review score cards and production reports, identify areas for improvement to optimize business performance β€’ Monitor and develop KPI’s for team β€’ Educate team on new loan programs, terms, and rates available, ensuring they make informed decisions to best serve their customers β€’ Advise and assist Loan Officers on company policies and procedures as well as compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices β€’ Collaborate with internal teams, to expedite loan processing and ensure timely closings. β€’ Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times, adhering to strict privacy policies β€’ Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service β€’ Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to your team β€’ Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and community endeavors to enhance visibility and generate new business prospects.

Requirements

β€’ Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in Florida. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. β€’ Proven experience developing and leading high-performance sales teams within the mortgage industry. β€’ Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery. β€’ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools preferred. β€’ NMLS licensing as required.
