Description

• Increase loan production of the region, in alignment with corporate objectives and targets • Develop, support, train and mentor a team of loan officers • Facilitate on-going training sessions for Loan Officers and other branch personnel • Review score cards and production reports, identify areas for improvement to optimize business performance • Monitor and develop KPI’s for team • Educate team on new loan programs, terms, and rates available, ensuring they make informed decisions to best serve their customers • Advise and assist Loan Officers on company policies and procedures as well as compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices • Collaborate with internal teams, to expedite loan processing and ensure timely closings. • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times, adhering to strict privacy policies • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance to your team • Participate in business development initiatives, networking events, and community endeavors to enhance visibility and generate new business prospects.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in Florida. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Proven experience developing and leading high-performance sales teams within the mortgage industry. • Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and compliance requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with mortgage origination software and tools preferred. • NMLS licensing as required.
