• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role, with exposure to cross-functional business support. • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities across different areas, such as customer support, sales, and marketing. • Experience in event planning, including organizing conferences, team off-sites, and dinners is required. • Proficiency with productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and experience with Zendesk and Hubspot is a plus. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience handling confidential information and communicating with stakeholders. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
