• The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Staffing Industry Leader to serve as Director of Sales, focusing on IT and Engineering talent solutions. • Salary: $1,800 - $2,300 per month + uncapped commission with performance bonuses • Location: Remote • Schedule: PST • Experience: At least 5 years as Senior Recruiter in a Technical Staffing Agency

Requirements

• Your Goal: As the Director of Sales - Staffing IT & Engineering, you'll leverage your deep technical staffing expertise to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and lead your sales team to success. • You Know the Staffing Business Well You have worked in staffing agencies/hr agencies and understand how they work You can talk confidently with hiring managers about their needs You are good at finding the right people for difficult job requirements • You Can Drive Growth Using Your Industry Knowledge You understand what makes clients choose and stay with staffing partners You've been part of the full staffing sales cycle in your previous roles You can build credibility with decision-makers through technical expertise • You're an Organized Leader Who Communicates Well You create clear steps to help your team succeed You always look for ways to improve and grow You communicate clearly with everyone - clients, job seekers, and team members
