Description

• Lead and take ownership of product design across all stages • Take a service design approach to user experience • Develop prototypes and rigorously test with users • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and the business • Break down features into manageable iterations • Use data-driven insights to inform design decisions • Champion design excellence and user-centricity • Build and scale the design team as the company grows • Hold yourself to a high standard of design quality • Strong empathy and understanding of human behaviour • Take full ownership of your work and communicate clearly • Prioritise effectively, balancing creativity with business needs • Approach problems with reasoning and first-principles thinking • Creative thinker, willing to experiment with new ideas • Strong sense of what makes good design, functionally and visually

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a designer in a senior role • Hands-on experience in UX/UI design, prototyping, and usability testing • Ability to gather feedback and iterate based on user insights • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive design initiatives • Excel at creating clear, comprehensive design documentation • Experience working closely with engineers and product managers • Strong understanding of technical constraints and possibilities
