Description

• The Implementation Consultant will oversee the technical onboarding and integration of channel partners to the company’s payment platform. • Lead the implementation process for channel partners, from initial scoping to full deployment. • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including API guides and best practices. • Provide ongoing technical support during and after the implementation process. • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for partner implementations. • Work with the product team to prioritize and address implementation-related feature requests. • Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to enhance the implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, implementations, or related roles. • Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and related technologies. • Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies. • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
