• Lead the implementation and expansion of our accounting services offering. • Set up the Accounting Services product offering and processes • Define the features and benefits of the Accounting Services product to effectively communicate its value proposition. • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, customer support, and other teams for successful product launch. • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients. • Conduct market research to identify potential market segments, customer needs, and opportunities for growth. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.

Requirements

• Experience in a leadership position as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • In-depth knowledge of United States and/or Canada tax regulations, financial processes and compliance requirements • Experience managing an Accounting Services firm as a business manager or owner. • Proven track record of business development, sales, and relationship management in the financial sector. • Demonstrated experience working with international clients setting up business in the US and/or Canada • Strong team and operations management skills • Multilingual professional with business English proficiency • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
