Description
• The Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions for the company • This position involves handling invoicing, collections, payment processing, and ensuring accurate financial records • The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial software NetSuite, possess strong analytical skills, and have a keen attention to detail
Requirements
• Knowledgeable in NetSuite with at least 3yrs experience, QuickBooks also preferred not required • Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritization skills required to ensure efficiency • Strong time management, organizational skills and discipline to work remote • Strong verbal and written communication skills
