📋 Description
• Manage complex medical client interactions and support tasks. • Oversee the onboarding process for revenue cycle management medical billing. • Troubleshoot issues and provide comprehensive client education. • Act as an internal advocate for clients. • Prepare and run weekly and monthly check-in and KPI customer calls. • Address advanced customer inquiries and technical issues. • Produce monthly and quarterly account overview reports.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 3-5 years in client service in medical revenue cycle management. • Technical Skills: MS Suite Word, Excel, Powerpoint. A plus to have knowledge in Meditech, EPIC, Athena, CSPI, Allscripts, ModMed, and clearinghouse. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Technical Aptitude: Advanced understanding of the product/service and ability to learn new technologies quickly. • Customer Orientation: Dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
