• Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. • Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. • Plan, schedule, and maintain a robust social media calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery. • Grow JumpstartMD's audience and improve engagement by identifying opportunities on both new and existing platforms. • Utilize analytical tools to monitor performance, generate monthly and quarterly reports, and implement strategies for improvement. • Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistent voice across all social media channels. • Engage with followers by promptly responding to comments, messages, and updating stories in real-time. • Stay informed on industry trends to keep our social media strategy current and effective. • Assist in developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy. • Oversee and manage our online reputation across all review and reputation sites, ensuring accurate profile information and responding to reviews and comments in a timely, positive manner. • Track and monitor inbound leads, ensuring accurate data capture and proper lead source attribution.

Requirements

• Strong passion for social media with a deep understanding of major platforms and social media management tools. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus. • 1-3 years of experience in B2C social media marketing or content development, with a background in healthcare or luxury brands being a plus. • Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and/or online design platforms like Canva. • Excellent social listening skills to monitor and engage with online communities effectively. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
