โ€ข Technical consulting and support of customers in the pre-sales phase โ€ข Identify and analyze customer requirements to develop tailored product presentations โ€ข Conduct tech-focused product demonstrations โ€ข Responsible for the currency and further development of the demo platform โ€ข Create technical offers and support contract negotiations โ€ข Collaborate closely with sales and technical departments to optimize platform solutions โ€ข Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and customer events to represent the company โ€ข Support Customer Success in onboarding customers โ€ข Responsible for documentation of measures and analysis metrics

โ€ข Several years of experience in Customer Success, project management, or a similar role โ€ข Experience in planning and executing complex projects as well as leading training and workshops โ€ข Strong technical understanding and solid expertise in digital solutions and software implementations โ€ข Proven ability to maintain strategic relationships at the highest level and work across departments โ€ข Experience in creating and evaluating metrics and analyses to improve business processes and customer outcomes โ€ข Fluent in German and English (negotiation level)
