Description

• As the Senior Manager, Launch Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing Juniper’s most significant launches. • Lead cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and operations to ensure every launch is delivered on time, on target, and with maximum impact. • Serve as the primary point of contact for our creators, ensuring they feel fully supported throughout their launch journey. • Focus on the initial product drop—ensuring it goes smoothly and successfully, even when challenges arise. • Own and continuously improve Juniper’s end-to-end launch process by applying your expertise in project management, stakeholder alignment, and strategic communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product launch management, project management, or a related field, ideally in a high-growth, tech, or consumer product environment. • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex, high-stakes product launches. • Experience managing relationships with external partners, such as influencers, creators, or agencies. • A strong understanding of the creator ecosystem is a bonus.
