Description

β€’ Providing front-line support for JustGiving charities, companies, fundraisers, crowdfunders and donors β€’ Working across all our channels (i.e. email, chat and - if the occasion arises, over the phone and in person too) β€’ Escalating bugs and fixes through the appropriate channels to ensure that customer issues are resolved as quickly as possible β€’ Listening out for inspiring customer stories and circulating them to the wider business - this helps everyone stay focussed on the voice of the customer β€’ Handling difficult customer queries sensitively and confidently

Requirements

β€’ Previous experience within Customer Support isn’t necessary but we are open to it β€’ You will be extremely attentive, organised, caring and motivated β€’ Great listener and confident communicator β€’ Problem solver who is keen to get to the heart of the issue β€’ You are able to thrive under pressure β€’ PASSION FOR DOING GOOD!
