• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. • 3+ years of successful industrial sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Background in developing and presenting business proposals to customers, targeting in on relevant metrics and negotiating commercial contractual terms • Demonstrable track record of success in developing and fostering key relationships at a senior level. • Demonstrable track record of business development, increasing sales and offtake contracts. • Very strong communication and negotiation skills, high degree of commercial awareness, with business acumen. • Ability to work and interact with senior executives including at board level, a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
