📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with mission-driven organizations in need of digital transformation. • Help lead prospects to choose Kalamuna’s solutions in web strategy, design, and development. • Articulate our value proposition and build meaningful client relationships and drive new business. • Work closely with Leadership and report to the CEO, collaborating directly with the accounts team and subject matter experts. • Focus on growth, translating market insights into strategic, actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar role in an agency context • Excellent presentation skills and speak the language of strategy • Ability to draft and deliver compelling on-brand presentations, and communicate verbally and in writing with clarity, personality, and professionalism • Fluency with SOWs, MSAs and similar agency contracting vehicles • Experience maintaining deals and relationships in Customer Relationship Management software • Understand the essentials of web strategy, design, and open-source web development in an agency context • Familiarity with Content Management Systems, particularly Drupal and/or WordPress • Ability to work with Marketing, Sales and Senior Leadership to help better express our market position and unique value proposition • Understanding of and experience working with Agile methodologies
