Description

• Delivery Engineer responsible for SaaS application implementation • Provides technical advice and guidance to teams and customers • Works autonomously, installing and configuring technical solutions • Liaises closely with Delivery, Project teams, and customers

Requirements

• Relational Database Experience. Preferably Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL – advanced data analysis, manipulation, and managing schemas/tables, stored procedures, triggers, and functions) • Experience in basic Windows Server administration, such as using RDP to connect to servers, transfer files, monitor performance • Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel • Ability to quickly learn new processes in an ever changing software world • Gather, analyse, specify and validate business needs from stakeholders • Successful delivery of time-sensitive projects with high attention to detail of project specifications • Strong team-work ethic, open to sharing knowledge and promoting growth within a globally distributed organization • Strong ‘can-do’ attitude and ‘customer service’ ethic, putting the customer first • Strong and plan focused personality that can manage difficult customer situations where necessary to obtain a positive outcome
