• Manage key accounts in the FMCG industry, including pharmaceutical wholesalers, pharmacies, pharmacy chains, franchise pharmacies, and new business customers. • Take responsibility for turnover, margin, and budget management. • Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to drive sales, increase turnover, and improve contribution margins. • Lead annual negotiations with challenging clients, ensuring successful outcomes. • Establish a sustainable pricing system that supports long-term growth and profitability. • Create targeted initiatives and promotions that meet the specific needs of shoppers. • Innovate and implement new sales and customer strategies to drive business growth. • Continuously monitor and analyze the market to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competition.

Requirements
