• Autonomously manage customer accounts, focusing on continuous improvement • Supervise integration process of new clients • Coordinate the installation of Javelot solutions at customer sites • Analyze performance and provide guidance to customers on best practices • Develop and execute a strategy for customer loyalty and business growth • Gather customer feedback to enhance Javelot solutions • Ensure timely reporting and implementation of action plans • Develop recommendations for adapting the Javelot product for the German market
• Fluent German and English • Previous experience in an international context • Strong listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities • Proficient organizational skills, with adeptness in project management • Effective communication skills, capable of disseminating information to diverse stakeholders • Agricultural background is a plus • Fluency in French is a plus but not essential
