• Spearhead the sales process for Gemius products and services in the German market: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. Prospect, acquire, and manage a growing customer portfolioPrepare and negotiate compelling sales proposals. Consistently report on sales activities, performance, and plan achievement • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers: Provide exceptional customer service and support. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues. Tailor Gemius solutions to meet specific customer needs and expectations • Champion the Gemius brand in the German market: Craft and present persuasive sales presentations. Represent Gemius at industry conferences and events. Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in the research, media, or digital industries • Solid understanding of the German market • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - we are looking for someone who is a relationship builder and can leverage those connections to drive business growth • A passion for continuous learning and networking, demonstrated by active participation in industry events and conferences • Fluency in German and English • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to take ownership and accountability for tasks - knowing when to work independently and when to seek support • Goal-driven approach with a knack for devising and implementing successful strategies to accomplish goals
