Description

• Oversee daily field operations across multiple locations ensuring safety and operational efficiency • Lead a team of Driver / Operators and manage talent needs and performance reviews • Maintain customer service culture and build client relationships for growth opportunities • Ensure accurate and compliant field deliveries on time • Review telemetry data and prioritize team tasks to exceed customer expectations • Assume responsibility for P&L, safety, and personnel compliance • Collaborate with HSE Manager for safety training and compliance • Conduct management field visits and maintain professional integrity

Requirements

• Previous experience effectively building and developing a strong team • 7 + years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically in the field transportation sector • Working knowledge of cryogenics • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and make sound decisions • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong results and goal orientation • Excellent communication skills in written or oral format • Strong sense of team and self accountability skills • Solid understanding of distribution and dispatching • Valid Class A CDL • Valid Tanker and WHMIS/ TDG endorsements • A clean driving record with within the last 3 years • Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test • Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
