• Oversee the growing Michigan market • Implement and improve operational capabilities • Develop and execute growth strategy for KBS • Manage margin and profitability • Provide operational oversight for KBS service delivery • Responsible for P&L Leadership • Identify and drive growth through upselling and cross selling • Lead and empower high-performing teams • Own customer satisfaction and quality of service • Leverage metrics to promote innovation • Continuously evaluate staffing levels for market conditions

Requirements

• Experience in the janitorial facilities management sector • 5-10 years’ experience managing P&L of $20M+ • 10+ years’ experience managing a distributed workforce • Deep knowledge of operational excellence tools and methodologies • Vendor and contract management experience
