Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Latin America Sales Manager to join our expanding sales team. • The Latin America Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across the region, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial technology sector. • Strong understanding of the Latin American market dynamics, with experience in selling technical solutions. • Ability to travel 50-75% of the time - within the Latin America region • Either United States or Mexico-based • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels. • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities. • Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus. • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
